White Face Male Cockatiel (BREEDER) in Clay, New York

Hello, I have a male white face cockatiel in need of a home. He whistles and interacts but, does not like to be touched. He can step up when he wants to. I raised him and handfed him however, he did not stay very friendly. Which is why his price is so low. Comes with Hatch cert. He is in perfect feather!
